Webcam Imaging Hardware

A number of amateur astronomers are successfully using video conferencing and webcam's for astronomical imaging. Tow of the better camera's for solar system imaging are the Philips Vesta Pro and ToUcam Pro cameras as indicated by the number of high quality planetary images being produced using it. Attaching these cameras to a telescope is made a bit easier by the screw mounted removable lens. An adapter can be made to screw into camera lens thread and attach to the standard 1.25" push fit telescope eyepiece holder. My father made up a few of these adapters in aluminium using his lathe.
Some pictures of the Vesta Pro and ToUcam Pro cameras, adapters, TeleVue 2.5X Barlow and True Technology Flip Mirror module are shown below together with my Celestron Ultima 9.25 telescope:
